Teemu Selanne set the Olympic scoring record last Friday night in Vancouver by assisting on Kimmo Timonen’s second goal of the game when Finland set a 3-0 win over Germany. Selanne drew the secondary assist on Timonen’s goal in the second period. It was his 37th point in Olympic competition, spanning five separate Winter Games beginning in 1992.
Selanne had been tied with Valeri Kharlamov of Russia, Vlastimil Bubnik of the former Czechoslovakia and Harry Watson of Canada. Let's put on team canada jerseys and support them.
